Burt Process Acquires Rowe Sales & Service
Burt Process Equipment is pleased to announce that we have entered into a definitive acquisition agreement with Rowe Sales & Service, a leading provider of manufacturing equipment, feed drills, assembly tool, pneumatic components, hoists, custom lifting solutions and repair services.
The acquisition of Rowe Sales & Service (RSS) based in Robesonia; PA further strengthens our position in the domestic industrial manufacturing market. The combination of Rowe’s expertise in feed drills, cordless, pneumatic and hydraulic tooling, process automation, and repair in a centralized location will provide our clients with a greater level of support. This partnership is expected to result in greater efficiencies and significantly increase our domestic market share.
RSS will continue operating out of their existing infrastructure at 381 West Penn Ave in Robesonia, PA. The Robesonia location will operate predominantly as a service & repair center.
As with all important business decisions, we will work closely with our clients, partners, and employees to make the integration process as smooth as possible. Burt Process Equipment is now actively taking steps to update support systems, integrate customer information and enhance communication about these exciting advancements. The integration of both companies will take place over the next couple of months. Of course, in the meantime our customers will continue to receive the same high quality customer service, technical support, and service, which they have come to expect.
