TB Series true union ball valves come in PVC, CPVC, and Platinum GFPP options. Featuring O-rings made of FPM or EPDM and seats constructed from PTFE, these valves ensure optimal performance. The TBH Series features a low maintenance design with patented System2™ Sealing Technology for sizes up to 2”/DN50. Standard features include energized PTFE seats, reversible for easy field rebuilds, and an integral lock-out feature for property and life protection. Actuator ready with ISO 5211 pattern on all sizes, it's available in PVC and CPVC from 1/4˝ to 6” / DN15 – DN150. Pressure rated up to 250 PSI / PN16 at 70°F/23°C for sizes up to 2”/DN50 and 235psi for sizes 2-1/2”/DN65 – 4”/DN100. How The TBH Series Z-Ball True Union Ball Valve Works
The TBH-Z Series (Z-Ball) true union ball valves feature a drilled ball for venting gases in sodium hypochlorite service. Constructed from PVC or CPVC materials with FPM O-rings and PTFE seats, they range in size from ½”/DN15 to 6”/DN150. All valves come assembled with silicone-free lubricant. A standard integral lock-out feature enhances property and life protection, while the actuator-ready design follows the ISO 5211 pattern across all sizes. These valves are fully pressure rated, reaching 250 PSI / PN16 at 70°F/23°C non-shock for sizes up to 2”/DN50 and 235psi/PN16 at 70°F non-shock for sizes 2-1/2”/DN65 – 4”/DN100.
