On March 1, 2019, Burt Process Equipment opened a new West Coast Distribution Fulfillment Center in Irwindale, California. As a distributor for over 50 major equipment manufacturers and high-end tools, this new office and warehouse serves as a stocking location, allowing Burt Process to reduce delivery times and shipping costs for our West Coast customers. “We continually look for ways to serve our customers more effectively and efficiently”, says Burt Process president, Steve Burt.
In addition to the new facility, Burt Process is pleased to welcome Sergio Avila as our West Coast Regional Manager. Sergio’s extensive experience and product knowledge brings the right acumen needed to assist West Coast customers in providing application assistance with even the most challenging process system requirements.
Mr. Avila has extensive pump and system knowledge, having worked in the industry for close to 20 years. He comes to us from Finish Thompson where he was Director of Sales, Latin America for 6 years. He has also served as Industrial Markets Director for PSG and Regional Sales Manager for Wilden Pump & Engineering.
Sergio’s role as the West Coast Regional Manager will be instrumental to the success of our expansion in California. We are pleased to have Sergio Avila on our team and look forward to a prosperous future.
