With over 14 years at Burt Process Equipment, Victoria Howley leads with a strong commitment to the company’s success. Starting as a Customer Service Representative, she quickly elevated to Customer Service Manager due to her dedication and leadership abilities. In 2021, Victoria joined the Senior Leadership Team as the Operational Excellence Director, where she has been instrumental in improving distribution operations by partnering with leaders across the organization.

Outside of work, Victoria enjoys a fulfilling family life. In 2023, her family of three expanded to four with her daughter, who is learning the joys of walking, talking, and eating with a fork. Her son graduated from high school in 2024. As a family, they cherish each precious moment, whether traveling, taking walks, reading stories, playing hockey, or cooking together.
