- Sue Burt
As a second-generation Burt family member, Sue has grown up with Burt Process Equipment since its inception in 1970. She earned a Mechanical Engineering degree from Tufts University. During the 1980’s Sue began her career in the company’s Sales department and, shortly thereafter, assumed the role of Sales Manager.
Starting in 2014, Sue built a Marketing team of exceptional individuals who pioneer digital and traditional marketing strategies and new branding initiatives, develop a best-in-class web presence, and implement CRM integration for marketing automation.
Our Marketing department positions Burt Process for continued growth through brand recognition that’s synonymous with engineered excellence in products and services.
In 2018, Sue led the development of the company’s core values and corporate goals to support the vision and shape the culture of Burt Process.
Today, as Executive Director of Organizational Excellence, Sue focuses on Sustainability, Executive Leadership, and Corporate Culture Development.
Sue most appreciates the people who have made Burt Process what it is today. She knows that’s what our company founders, her parents Bill and Lillian Burt, would be most proud of. Everyone who has worked at Burt Process over the past 50+ years is part of “The Burt Family”. That’s what makes Burt Process so unique and successful.
