As Vice President, Alan oversees many aspects of the operation. He strives for success through a lead-by-example, do whatever it takes approach. Alan instills a strong work ethic in his employees, with great attention to detail, quality, and organization, all the while maintaining an attitude that his role is to serve and support all the employees of Burt Process, and its customers directly whenever possible. Supporting the company’s growth goals with a keen eye on the bottom line, and tirelessly working to keep all of the employees and customers happy, is what drives Alan to feel rewarded by his work at Burt. 

Although Burt has been his primary focus since graduation from IIT, Alan especially enjoys vacationing with his wife and three kids, sipping bourbon with his co-workers, and driving from rink to rink all over the northeast to see his two sons play high-level ice hockey.
