This webinar will be divided into two parts:

Part I

PolymerPlus Advanced Polymer Activation System. Polymer chemistry and the polymer activation process will be reviewed. Two different types of polymer activation technologies will be discussed:

• Motor-less hydro-dynamic activation and homogenizer

• Dual stage activation technologies

Chemical metering of these activated polymers, the different pumping technologies used, and how these are integrated into the polymer activation system will be shown. In addition, the dry polymer eductor system will be introduced.

Part II

The ChemPlus chemical feed portion will open with a review of the primary components involved in the chemical feed system. A review of the various pumping technologies and selecting the appropriate method based on the client’s chemistry will be discussed with an emphasis on material section and chemical compatibility.

The presentation will conclude with a review of different system configurations including simplex, duplex and triplex skids with common and separated pump suctions and discharge. Case studies will be shown to highlight and review the main points of the presentation for both the PolymerPlus and ChemPlus systems.
