The PULSAtron LPH7MA-WTC3-BPXXX Series E Plus chemical metering pumps are diaphragm-type positive displacement pumps that offer adjustable output volume during operation, ranging from zero to maximum capacity. Equipped with a highly reliable timing circuit and circuit protection against voltage and current fluctuations, these pumps ensure consistent and precise dosing. The pump features solenoid protection with thermal overload and auto-reset for added safety. The guided check valves employ state-of-the-art seat and ball designs, providing accurate seating, excellent priming, and suction lift characteristics. The pump controls are easily adjustable through accessible dial knobs, allowing changes to stroke length and frequency. Automatic control options include 4-20mA DC input and stop function inputs, with an Auto-Off-Manual switch. The enclosed drive assembly eliminates exposed moving parts, and electronics are housed in a chemical-resistant enclosure at the pump's rear for maximum protection against chemical spillage.

 The pump is designed for both indoor and outdoor applications, featuring water-resistant properties. Indicator lights are panel-mounted for convenient monitoring. The pump's construction materials include chemically resistant PBT thermoplastic for the housing, while exposed fasteners are made of stainless steel. The valve seat and seal ring can be renewed by replacing the cartridge valve assembly.
