The industrial SP-TE-8P-MD from March Pump is a seal-less centrifugal magnetic drive pump that is ideal for chemical recirculation, chemical transfer, and scrubber systems. It has a maximum flow rate of 80 gallons per minute at 20 feet and a maximum head of 86 feet (37PSI). When fully primed, the SP-TE-8P-MD has a vertical suction lift of 11 feet in 120 seconds with the largest impeller diameter. The maximum equivalent lift is 16 feet. Polypropylene, Viton, Carbon, Teflon, and Ceramic make up the standard wet end (the materials that come into contact with the solution). The inlet and outlet connections are male pipe thread 1-1/2 inch. The maximum internal pressure that the pump can withstand is 70 PSI, and the maximum liquid temperature is 180 F or 82 C. The March SP-TE-8P-MD centrifugal magnetic drive pump can handle chemicals, acids, and solvents that are mildly or highly corrosive. The SP-TE-8P-MD has pumped Acetic Acid, Citric Acid, Ethylene Glycol, Formaldehyde, Hydrochloric Acid (Muriatic), Nitric Acid, Phosphoric Acid, Potassium Chloride, Potassium Hydroxide, Sodium Hydroxide (Caustic Soda), Sodium Chloride, Sulfuric Acid, Fresh Water, Salt Water, DI Water, and many more chemicals. The SP-TE-8P-MD may have been modified to handle these chemicals.
