  • The March 0155-0332-0100 has a maximum flow rate of 40 gallons per minute at 12 feet and a maximum head of 65 feet (28PSI). Before turning on the pump, the priming container and pump must be completely filled with liquid. The self-priming container has a capacity of 1.75 gallons. When fully primed, the pump can achieve a suction lift of 12 feet in 60 seconds. The maximum equivalent lift is 21 feet. Polypropylene, Viton, Carbon, and Ceramic make up the standard wet end (the materials that come into contact with the solution).

The inlet and outlet connections are 1-1/2 inch male pipe thread and 1 inch male pipe thread, respectively. A Compressed Air Motor is the standard motor, which may require 95PSI and 30CFM. The pump can withstand a maximum internal pressure of 40 PSI and a maximum liquid temperature of 180 F or 82 C.

The March SP-TE-7P-MD-AM centrifugal magnetic drive pump can handle chemicals, acids, and solvents that are mildly or highly corrosive. Because the impeller requires the liquid being pumped for lubrication, this pump cannot be run dry. Never operate the pump until there is liquid inside it, and never run the pump dry. This pump's motor is an air motor with a 1/4 inch NPT air connection. In the air line just ahead of the air motor, install a moisture trap, filter, and automatic airline lubricator.
