March 0153-0164-0100 TE-6T-MD Pump

Liters per minute (LPM) and Meters (M) are given when run at 50HZ, except when pump is equipped with Air or DC motors.

The industrial TE-6T-MD from March Pump is a seal-less centrifugal magnetic drive pump that is ideal for chemical recirculation, chemical transfer, and scrubber systems. It has a maximum flow rate of 38 gallons per minute at 10 feet and a maximum head of 49 feet (21PSI). Polypropylene, Ryton, Viton, Ryton/Teflon/Carbon, and Ceramic make up the standard wet end (the materials that come into contact with the solution). The inlet and outlet connections are 1 inch female pipe thread and 3/4 inch male pipe thread, respectively. There are two common motors. The first is a 0.5 horsepower totally enclosed fan cooled 1 Phase 60 hertz 115/208/230V and 50 hertz 115/208/230V motor. The second is a 0.5 horsepower totally enclosed fan cooled 3 Phase 60 hertz 208/230/460V and 50 hertz 190/380V motor. There are differences in performance between the hertz options. The maximum internal pressure that the pump can withstand is 50 PSI, and the maximum liquid temperature is 190 F or 87 C. The TE-6T-MD has pumped Acetic Acid, Citric Acid, Ethylene Glycol, Formaldehyde, Hydrochloric Acid (Muriatic), Nitric Acid, Phosphoric Acid, Potassium Chloride, Potassium Hydroxide, Sodium
Hydroxide (Caustic Soda), Sodium Chloride, Sulfuric Acid, Fresh Water, Salt Water, DI Water, and many more chemicals.  The TE-6T-MD may have been modified to handle these chemicals.
