March 0153-0144-0100 TE-6k-MD Pump

The industrial TE-6K-MD from March Pump is a centrifugal magnetic drive pump with an American seal that is ideal for chemical recirculation, chemical transfer, and scrubber systems. It has a maximum flow rate of 38 gallons per minute at 10 feet and a maximum head of 49 feet (21PSI). The standard wet end (materials in contact with the solution) is made of glass-filled Kynar (PVDF), Viton, Carbon, and Ceramic. There are two common motors. The first is a 0.5 horsepower totally enclosed fan cooled 1 Phase 60 hertz 115/208/230V and 50 hertz 115/208/230V motor. The second is a 0.5 horsepower totally enclosed fan cooled 3 Phase 60 hertz 208/230/460V and 50 hertz 190/380V motor. There are differences in performance between the hertz options. The maximum internal pressure that the pump can withstand is 75 PSI, and the maximum liquid temperature is 200 F or 93 C. Acetic Acid, Citric Acid, Ethylene Glycol, Formaldehyde, Hydrochloric Acid (Muriatic), Hydrofluoric Acid, Hydrogen Peroxide, Nitric Acid, Phosphoric Acid, Potassium Chloride, Sodium Chloride, Sodium Hypochlorite, Sulfuric Acid, Fresh Water, Salt Water, DI Water, and many other chemicals have been pumped through the TE-6K-MD. It's possible that the TE-6K-MD has been modified to handle these chemicals. This pump may need to be modified to pump specific gravities, viscosities, or temperatures higher than ambient.
