208 GPH @ 50 PSI, Caustic Applications Liquid End.
115 VAC, 60 Hz, 1 Phase for DC Drive.

4-20 mA Input and Manual Stroke Length Control
Stroke frequency control via 4-20 mA signal input to DC variable speed drive, manually adjustable eccentric stroke length control.

    General Description
LMI Series G chemical metering pumps shall be motor driven mechanically actuated positive displacement diaphragm type pumps. Precision stroke adjustment can be operated while the pump is running or stopped from zero to maximum capacity.
    Pump Controls
The stroke frequency control via 4-20 mA signal input to DC variable speed drive. Stroke length shall be adjustable by a readily accessible dial knob located ajacent to the liquid handling end.
    Drive Assembly
A robust metallic, worm gear drive coupled with the industrial duty variable eccentric stroke adjustment mechanism yields a 10 to 1 turn down ratio. All gear components operate in an oil bath for long life.
    Materials of Construction
See Specifications tab. Chemical metering pump housing is a durable, metallic housing designed to withstand tough environments. All exposed fasteners shall be stainless steel. Valves shall be serviceable by replacing the cartridge valve assembly.

WARNING: A pressure relief valve MUST be installed in the discharge line of all motor driven pump (order as a separate line item).
