Features

  • The digital interface, which includes a graphical LCD, displays pump performance as well as operating modes such as continuous run, timed dispense, copy dispensing, and volume dispense
  • Analog communication allows for remote control of voltage, current, and contact closure
  • NEMA 4X (IP66) washdown rated rugged housing

How the Digital Process Works

A water meter, control valve, flow switch, or any other piece of control machinery that reacts to flow will trigger the Econ FP. Depending on the mode of operation chosen, the pump accepts a dry contact or a 12-24 VAC/VDC signal and operates at a given time or speed.

Features

  • Flow rate 0.6 to 13 LPM I/P tubing—flow rate is determined by drive rpm, pump head, and tubing size
  • Easily adjust the motor speed using the provided regulator
  • Connect to your existing air supply or compressor with simplicity

How the Variable Speed Works

When electrical power is either harmful or unfeasible, use this variable-speed air-powered drive. Carefully ground to protect against static electricity for safe functioning.

Features

  • A brushless, maintenance-free motor with a 6000 to 1 turndown ratio provides 0.1% speed control accuracy
  • Purge tubing before or after pumping and pump fluid in either direction with a reversible motor
  • Antidrip feature enables precise distribution

How the Digital Precision Works

Precision drives have a programmable dispense interval, which allows you to adjust the duration between dispense cycles for easy, automated dispensing by time or volume. Calibration is programmed to assure dispensing and display accuracy—the drive retains one calibration value per tubing size. The primary membrane keypad programs the drive; the keypad lock/unlock mechanism protects settings.

Features

  • Flow rate of up to 2.2 LPM per channel—flow rate is affected by drive rpm, pump head, and tubing size
  • The drive is available with three or four I/P® Easy-Load® pump heads
  • IP55-rated housing made of coated steel/aluminum

How the Fixed Speed Works

The fixed-speed drives are dust and water resistant (IP55). Three or four channels can be controlled by a single reversible fixed-speed motor in the pump systems.

Features

  • Analog communication allows for remote control of voltage, current, and contact closure
  • Open head sensor technology is used to improve user safety
  • EtherNet/IPTM or Profibus communication is used in advanced network and communication models

How the Digital Network Compatible Works

Masterflex I/P® drives provide powerful networking and communication capabilities. All units have open-head sensor technology, which stops the drive motor when the pump head is opened, and are combined with open-head sensor pump heads for maximum user safety. The drives are suited for applications such as industrial networking, bioprocessing, plant automation, and water/wastewater. Housings rated NEMA 4X (IP66) are completely sealed, easy to clean, and resistant to routinely used cleaning and sanitizing treatments.

Features

  • Take full advantage of advancements in drive features and functionality with over-the-air firmware updates
  • Several options for connecting and monitoring, including MasterflexLive, Profibus, analog signal, and EtherNet/IPTM
  • Drive housing is made of 316 stainless steel, which is washdown certified IP66 and NEMA 4X
  • Increased process reliability and time savings are achieved using real-time pressure sensors and alarms

How the MasterSense Works

MasterSense drives provide high accuracy, repeatable flow control, and dependable performance in a compact footprint. When the pump head is opened, open-head sensor technology stops the drive motor, or it can be linked to a remote leak detector to stop the pump if a leak is detected in the fluid path. The brushless, maintenance-free motor has a speed control accuracy of 0.1% and a turndown ratio of 6000:1. Bidirectional flow and self-priming characteristics enable smooth, continuous operation.
