How The SB Simplex Basket Strainer Works
Offered in sizes ranging from 1/2 inch to 8 inches, these strainers are available in PVC, CPVC, GFPP, Eastar®, and natural PVDF materials. Seals can be either FPM or EPDM, and the strainers feature socket, threaded, or flanged end connections. Each strainer is equipped with a standard plastic basket, with alternative basket materials such as SS316, Monel, and Hastelloy available upon request. How The YS Series Y-Strainer Works
The YS Series showcases a one-piece injection-molded body, available in sizes ranging from 1/2 inch to 4 inches. Standard FPM O-ring seals are included. All sizes are rated for a pressure of 150 psi / 10 bar Non-Shock at 70°F / 23°C. The maximum service temperature depends on the material used.

Offered in the revolutionary Platinum GFPP featuring true union end connections in 1-1/4 in. to 4 in sizes, with socket, threaded, fusion or flanged ends. One piece injection molded construction. FPM seals standard, with EPDM optional. Pressure rated for 150psi at 70F non-shock, with flow rates up to 100 GPM up to 2 inch; 150 GPM for 2-1/2 inch to 4 inch end connections. Available in size 1 and size 2 vessels, as well as Simplex, Duplex or Triplex assemblies. Metric (DIN/EN) connections also available.

How The FLV Series PVC CPVC Bag Filter Works
Introducing the FLV Series, now available in PVC and CPVC materials. This series features a true-union design in sizes ranging from 1-1/4 inches to 4 inches, with options for socket, threaded, or flanged ends. Specifically designed for sodium hypochlorite and bleach processing and handling. Standard FPM seals ensure reliability, with optional EPDM seals also available. These valves are pressure-rated for 150 psi at 70°F non-shock and offer flow rates of up to 100 GPM. The FLV Series is offered in size 1 and size 2 vessels, as well as Simplex, Duplex, or Triplex assemblies. Additionally, metric (DIN/EN) connections are also available.

How The Filter Bag Works
Hayward Flow Control presents a comprehensive selection of industrial filter bags, available in both single length (7" x 16") and double length (7" x 32") sizes. These industry-standard dimensions perfectly fit Hayward's single or double length filters. The bags come in Sewn or Welded construction, featuring either a sewn-in bag ring or PP flange ring. For enhanced removal convenience, flanged bags are equipped with PP handles at the top, while other bags feature a sewn-in cloth handle. Micron ratings range from 1 to 800 um. Various bag materials are offered, including Glazed Polypropylene Needled Felt, Singed Polyester Needled Felt, Polypropylene Monofilament Mesh, and Nylon Monofilament Mesh. Please note that all Filter Bags and Cartridge Filters are available for purchase in Carton Quantity Only.

How The CFLV Series Cartridge Filter Works
Hayward's CFLV Series, constructed from Platinum GF-PP (glass-filled Polypropylene), accommodates single or multiple (5) cartridges. It boasts a one-piece injection-molded Platinum GFPP design, along with a flexible true-union end design. Sizes range from 2 inches to 4 inches (DN50 – DN100), offering socket, threaded, fusion, and flanged end connections. Available in Simplex and Duplex assemblies, with other assemblies available upon request. Additionally, the FLT Series now offers corrosion-resistant solutions for low flow and tight space requirements in PVC and CPVC materials.

How The FLT Single Cartridge Filter Works
Designed for skid systems and limited space applications, this filtration system effectively removes fine particles from process fluids. Compatible with 2-1/2” cartridges, it comes in 10", 20", and 30" heights, constructed from PVC or CPVC materials, featuring a ¾” NPT connection. Each 10" length can accommodate a maximum flow rate of 5 GPM, and it comes standard with an FPM seal.
