The PS Series boasts a sturdy aluminum body coated with a triple-layer Epoxy/Urethane finish, ensuring exceptional resistance to corrosion and abrasion in harsh environments. Its robust, lightweight, and compact design facilitates easy installation in confined spaces and reduces critical line weight. Internally, the PS Series adopts a scotch yoke mechanism, reducing friction and extending actuator lifespan. Its torque profile closely aligns with that of mating valves, resulting in a more compact assembly when coupled with the valve. Available in double-acting and spring-return variants, the PS Series offers torque ranges from 133 in-lbs/15Nm to 398 in-lbs/45Nm for double-acting, and from 133 in-lbs/15Nm to 469 in-lbs/53Nm for spring-return configurations at 80 psi supply. How The PC Series Pneumatic Actuator Works

The PC Series pneumatic actuator housings feature epoxy-coated aluminum. The actuators are quarter-turn, available in double-acting (air-to-air) or single-acting (air-to-spring, failsafe), and designed with a rack-and-pinion (4-piston) mechanism. Internal o-rings consist of Nitrile, while the output shaft is made of Steel. The standard "failsafe" position defaults to fail-closed, unless specified otherwise. Manual override capability and a position indicator are included. Adjustable travel stops (set screws) are integral to the design, allowing precise end-of-travel positioning for both open and closed states. The actuators follow a NAMUR-style configuration, facilitating direct mounting of a solenoid (side-mount) and/or position feedback limit switches (top-mount). At the bottom, the actuators feature an ISO5211 mounting pattern for universal valve mounting. All external mounting hardware is constructed from stainless steel.
