How the ARO-STOP Valve Works

Pump "runaway" is prevented with ARO-STOP® shut-off valves. Pump runaway happens when the material container becomes exhausted, causing the pump to cycle rapidly and inefficiently. When the material container is empty or a fluid line on the pump's outlet side is broken, the ARO-STOP® valve shuts off the air supply, protecting the pump. Use in conjunction with oil or grease pumps.
