  • ARO® expands EXP Series with new 2" Center Ported Polypropylene Models. The standard model PD20P-YXS-XXX has 2" ANSI/DIN Hybrid center ports facing the air inlet side of the pump. The mounting feet location of PD models matches the Wilden® P800 and PS800 models. Burt process equipment is the largest distributor of Ingersoll Rand ARO diaphragm pumps.

    ARO® EXP 2” non-metallic pumps achieve flow rates of up to 184 GPM (696.4 LPM) and offer a wide array of material and porting configurations. 2” non-metallic pumps are often used for transfer, filling, recirculation, and batching in Chemical, Industrial, and Water/Wastewater treatment markets.

    What is a double diaphragm pump?

    A double diaphragm pump is a positive displacement pump that uses two sets of flexible membranes to pump fluids and a series of check valves to ensure fluid can only travel in one direction through the chamber. Pump cycling will begin as air pressure is applied. Air operated diaphragm pumps utilize a pressure differential in the air chambers to alternately create suction in the fluid chambers.
