The University High Purity Water System creates 1.5gpm of CAP I water utilizing city water feed source. Water is first treated in a pre-treatment step utilizing filtration, chloramine reduction and reverse osmosis. The water is then stored in a high purity water tank and re-circulated through a polishing loop for final treatment at the rate of 23gpm & 75psig. The unit is provided on two skids with the treatment and controls on one skid and the storage tank on another. The Systems are completely automated and provides complete on board controls via a PLC with touch screen interface. A secondary distribution pump is provided to minimize downtime during maintenance intervals.

RODI

The RODI Hospital High Purity Water System is designed to provide RO water at a rate of up to 5 gpm to an RO/DI water storage tank. The storage tank supplies purified deionized water through a DI Supply circulation loop to points of use at a flow rate of 20 gpm. The tank also supplies purified water through an RO supply circulation loop at a flow rate of 40 gpm. The system is completely automated and provides complete on board controls via a PLC with touch screen interface. Two distribution pumps are provided to feed the two loops.

Details: The supplied RODI Aerospace Manufacturer ultrapure water treatment system is designed to provide deionized water at a rate of up to 8 gpm to a DI water storage tank. The DI storage supplies purified water to two points of use – a 15 gpm make-up DI supply circulation loop and a 4 gpm heat exchanger DI supply.
