chemical dilution system
The skid-mounted pump and mixer assembly provide an automated solution for manual mixing of water and a shercoquat based chemistry. The skid allows for the concentrated chemistry to be mixed with incoming water at varying rates to provide assorted resultant chemical concentrations.
The unit is supplied on an epoxy coated carbon steel support frame for ease of installation. A progressing cavity pump is provided for pumping the mixed fluid to the point of use. Magnetic flow meters and actuated valves provide feedback and are controlled by a local control panel. Along with a variable frequency drive and an inline static mixer, the system provides the ability to dose various chemical concentrations at the pumped outlet.
