How the 1-1/4″ to 2″ Self Priming Pedestal Works

AMT Self-Priming Centrifugal Pedestal pumps are ideal for a variety of industrial, agricultural, and commercial applications. The dual volute design decreases the impact of radial motion on the bearings and the motor. Pumps have a self-cleaning, semiopen impeller and a heavy duty cast iron bearing housing with a CNC machined keyed shaft extension and sealed ball bearings. The pump may be used with either a direct connection or a belt drive.

The units include a 3/8′′ to 2′′ solids handling construction and a cast iron bearing housing with two or three precise sealed ball bearings depending on the type. The simple cleanout design allows dirt to be removed without disconnecting hoses.
