How the Heavy Duty Coolant Pumps Work

The AMT Heavy Duty Industrial Coolant pump is designed for various Industrial/Commercial coolant and recirculating applications. Models 4421-95 through 4443-95 feature back vanes on impellers to balance pressure, eliminating the need for mechanical seals. Extended shaft models have an aligning coupling between motor and shaft. Models 4421-95 through 4443-95 also have a dual volute construction, eliminating radial thrust and the need for bottom bearings. The pump comes with a Universal mounting bracket system, simplifying installation/removal and expanding application range. Mounting brackets for Models 4410-90 & 4420-90 make it unnecessary to disassemble the motor from the pump for installation/removal. The bracket system also controls the pump's immersion depth by clamping to the pump column at the desired position.
